Role OverviewAs the Director of Sales, you will be at the forefront of engaging CRE Brokers from across the United States and offering them unparalleled access to our cutting-edge CRE financing platform. Your mission is to engage CRE brokers, integrate their clients’ deals into our marketplace, and collaborate with internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to enhance market share and foster strong client relationships.
- Team Management and Development: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities and forge strategic partnerships within the CRE industry.
- Innovative Problem Solving: Address challenges with creative solutions to boost customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize sales processes and infrastructure for maximum efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10 years in a sales role within a SaaS or Marketplace company
- 3 years in a sales leadership role
- Extensive experience in the CRE industry, especially in lending
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and communication skills
